Picturesque Portland
Spent a wonderful memorial day at Depoe Bay ,Oregon..Abounding in natural beauty, the pacific ocean and a sandy beaches are a treat to the eyes .Our jaunts included plenty of seafood at cosy restaurants with scenic views, some shopping ,making sand castles at the beaches ,long drives on highway 101 and time at the cheese and icecream factory in Tillamook and ofcourse stopping and clicking endless pictures .Here are a few memories we made and captured during the weekend.

I have not been in Oregon in over 15 years (I went to college there, and returned once after graduation), but my favorite time was on the Oregon coast, singing in multi-part harmony for breadsticks.

The last photo was the best. Never been to this place. I think I have checked out some other lighthouses close to teh Washington-Oregon border though.
