A very important year for me ..this year I finally wanna stop looking at what was ,what could have been ..I want to move on and focus on what can be .

..and I know will..I dedicate this yr to new beginnings ,freinds , my career ,family and making a better life for us both :)

blogging is great ...so I started TODAY finally!!!

last evening we celebrated lohri ...(the north indian festival which marks the beginning of anew yr ) ....I have been in the US of A almost 3 yrs and this was the first time ..well better LATE then NEVER !!! :)

Nothing fancy ..just called some freinds over ,went to my sister's place and chilled out in front of a fire with food and a movie .Watched Hulchul and Raincoat ..both diametrically opposite..one was a laugh riot(supposedly) an dthe other was slow ,deliberate with lovely ,meaningful songs (Shubha Mudgal is awesome)..have to admit almost put me to sleep at one point ..took lots of pictures

Overall a great evening :)
